Reservations/Deposits
A minimum order of $50.00 (excluding shipping) is required. To place a rental order, please call and speak with one of our customer service representatives by calling or complete the online  Reservation Form
. A non refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of your rental linen order is due at the time of reservation to hold your event date, reservations made within 3 weeks of the event must be paid in full by credit card only, no checks are accepted if your event is within 3 weeks of placing an order to allow time for processing. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to the delivery date. All customers will need to sign our rental agreement and pay the deposit within the time allowed to guarantee the event date. A Tailored Event accepts payments by credit card, money order or check. Our rental prices reflect a 3% discount for customers paying by check or money order, this does not apply to customers paying by credit which the 3% discount price will be added back to your invoice. If paying by credit crad, an invoice can be sent to your email for you to complete the transaction.

Samples
Our self tie chair covers are universal and fits most chairs. Our standard polyester chair covers are designed to fit MOST standard Banquet Stacking and Folding Chairs
(See Chair Cover Dimensions) . However, we cannot guarantee they will fit ALL chairs. We encourage you to receive a sample cover prior to your event to try on the chairs you intend to use them on. If, in fact, time restrictions do not allow for you to receive a sample you will be responsible for the full rental cost of the chair covers in the event they do not fit. Fabric Swatches are available to ensure that the color is suitable for the intended need prior to your rental purchase.

Arrival Of Rental Linens
Your rental linens will arrive freshly laundered, hand pressed, neatly packed and ready to install. There is no additional maintenance. A clear pouch will arrive with your order which will include a return instruction sheet and your (prepaid) return labels. Please keep them in a safe place to avoid a $10.00 per label replacement fee. If labels are lost, they can only be retrieved by fax.

Shipping/Returns:
Packages shipped in the contiguous 48 states are shipped via FedEx, UPS Or DHL Express and will arrive 1-2 days prior to your event date. Packages to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via FedEx 2nd Day Air. All shipping fees are to be paid by the customer and will be charged directly to your credit card from the courier service itself. You will only will be charged for the actual fee that the courier service charges, which will appear on your credit card statement. Typically it cost .35cents-.50 cents per chair cover each way but some States may be higher. Shipping fees vary for table linens due to the weight, quantity and size. For an accurate quote, please call and speak with one of our representatives or complete the online quoe form 
. It is the customers responsibility to ship back the rental linens on the Monday immediately following the event with the labels included with the rental order. You may call the courier service to schedule a pick up or drop your packages off at the nearest courier service location. If you plan to schedule a pickup, it must be done 24 hours in advance, (Pick up fees may apply). The boxes that the rental linens arrived in may be used to return the rental linens (Only) if they are in good condition to do so. If boxes are damaged, you must replace the boxes at your own expense. The returns for rented linens must be returned the next business day following the event and must arrive at A Tailored Events warehouse not later than the date set forth at the end of your lease agreement. Late return orders will be subject to a $100.00 a day late fee for each day that the rented linens are late. Please keep in mind that someone else is awaiting the arrival of their linen order and we must have all rented linens back in stock on their required due date to allow us time to process them for the next customer.

Special Orders
We do not carry all rental items in stock, we purchase rental items as requested by our customers. If your event is within 30 days  and you request a rental items out of stock or not an in stock item, a $50.00 rush order fee will be charged to ensure that special orders are received by our manufacturer in plenty of tiem for your wedding or event. If you request items within 30 days of your wedding or event date, this fee will not apply to you.

Delivery/Pickup:
(Local Customers)
All local orders scheduled for delivery will be done so between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm on the day before Lessee's event. The rental linens shall be picked up at the same place of delivery on the Monday immediately following the event. If setup/takedown services has been paid for and requested in advance, the rental linens shall be installed/un-installed on the date that Lessee has requested and set forth on the rental agreement.

Damaged, Theft or Lost Items:
All rental linens have a replacement value and will be charged at full replacement cost if damaged beyond repair or lost. Reasonable wear is accepted for rentals - Burn holes, candle wax, ink and etc will be charged at full replacement cost. The customer is responsible for all rental linens from the time of delivery until returned.

Damage Waiver Fee
The Damage Waiver fee is OPTIONAL and is a charge 10% of the linen rental order. The Damage Waiver is insurance against excessive soiling requiring extra cleaning to return linens to pre-rented condition. The Damage Waiver does not protect against replacement charges being assessed if there is permanent damages in the form of burns, tears, mold, wax, mildew, stains from food or wine and other substance.

Cancellations
As we have reserved the linens especially for you and made them unavailable for others, deposits are non-refundable. Orders cancelled within 30 days prior to shipping are subject to a 50% cancellation fee as deposits are non refundable. Items cannot be cancelled once they have left A Tailored Events warehouse.   

Finalization of order
Final count and final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your delivery date. You may change your count up or down from your original order by 10%. The final payment will automatically be charged to your credit card unless we hear from you otherwise. It is the customers responsibility to notify A Tailored Event of any changes to original order including; address change, shipping information, phone number, and final count on rental items. No changes will be accepted thereafter.
