Chair Cover/Fabric Swatch Sample Request Form





Your satisfaction matters to us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your rental purchase so therefore we encourage all customers to request a chair cover sample to ensure that the chair cover fit's the style of chair that your planning to cover. Since monitors display colors differently, you will also receive a sash with your sample chair cover order along with up to (3) swatches of additional sash colors.
The sample package will include a full chair cover and sash. You may choose up to 3 additional fabric swatches of sash or linen colors for free with your order. If you need additional swatches of sash or table linen colors, please request them in the "comment section" of the sample order form. The sample fee is $20.00 ~ After you place your order and you return your sample, we'll apply a $10.00 credit towards your rental purchase. The remaining $10.00 covers shipping and handling. Your sample order should arrive within 5-7 business days and it must be returned back to our warehouse within 10 days to avoid a $20.00 replacement fee.
